Our Golden Treasure Castle Playground Rules

• A legal adult must accompany their children at all times. Our staff monitors all play areas, but we're not responsible for the supervision of your children.
  
• Height and age restrictions vary depending on the play zones that you're using. These restrictions have been put in place for the safety of all the children.
  
• The age limit for using our soft playground is 12 years old. If necessary, a parent may enter the unit to help a child out of the unit.
  
• No running or smoking is allowed.
  
• No outside food or beverages are allowed.
  
• Children need to wear socks when using the soft playland on the second floor. You can purchase socks from our Castle Gift Store.
  
• We reserve the right to expel any child from a Castle play area who is not abiding by the Castle rules.
  
• Party Rooms No. 1 and No. 2 are located on the first level. The Loft Room is located on the 3rd level and is off-limits to visitors who are not guests of a reserved party.

Q. Will we have to share the party room with anyone else?
No, all your celebration is private. We believe that private parties are the best for you from a safety, stress, and noise standpoint.

Q. How do I schedule a Treasure Castle Playland party?
It’s easy! Pick up your phone and give us a call at (570) 326-5000. We’d be happy to reserve your special day and time! You can also request a date online.

Q. Is a deposit required?
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party.

Q. How many guests can I invite?
You may invite the number of guests offered in your Themed Party. Please do not invite more adults to your party than the number of children attending your party.

Q. What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
You can arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time for check-in at Treasure Castle Playland.

Q. Are socks required?

For guest safety and enjoyment, socks are required to play on the soft playland.

Q. Will Treasure Castle Playland provide supervision in the play area(s)?

Our fun and friendly staff provide general supervision of the facility – but your children are your responsibility and we ask that you and your guests follow the rules so everyone can enjoy their visit!

Can I bring food to my party?

You may bring an cupcakes or cake but, we’re sorry, no other outside food is permitted.

Can I bring in my own drinks?

For your convenience, we have a variety of beverages available for purchase. We’re sorry, but you may not bring your own beverages to the party.

Can I bring my own goodie bags?

We provide cotton candy favor bags to all parties. If you would like to provide goodie bags you are welcome to bring your own.

Q. Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?

If you will be bringing an additional cake, please bring a serving knife, candles, and a lighter (no matches please). For your convenience, we also have candles, cameras, and socks available for purchase.

Q. What if I need to reschedule my party?

To avoid additional charges, we require at least 10 days advance notice if you need to reschedule your party. Your party must be rescheduled within two months of the original party date and your deposit will be applied towards your balance. Remember that your deposit is non-refundable. Sorry – no exceptions.

Q. Who can play at Treasure Castle Playland?

Children must be between the ages of 1-12 years old to enjoy the Castle. All kids 4 and up may enter the soft playland unit or play on the Castle Climb Across Wall. The Castle Gardens toddler area is for children 3 years old and under.

Q. Can a guest play while wearing a cast?

In the interest of safety, any guest wearing a cast or other motion-limiting medical device (splint, sling, or brace) will not be permitted to play on some of the equipment, including the Climb Across Wall.

Q. Can adults play in the Playland?

Not in the playland unit. If you have an after-hours party, adults may play in the unit with the children attending a private birthday party with friends and family. As a safety precaution, we do not want children crawling around in the tunnels with adults that they do not know.
