• A legal adult must accompany their children at all times. Our staff monitors all play areas, but we're not responsible for the supervision of your children.

• Height and age restrictions vary depending on the play zones that you're using. These restrictions have been put in place for the safety of all the children.

• The age limit for using our soft playground is 12 years old. If necessary, a parent may enter the unit to help a child out of the unit.

• No running or smoking is allowed.

• No outside food or beverages are allowed.

• Children need to wear socks when using the soft playland on the second floor. You can purchase socks from our Castle Gift Store.

• We reserve the right to expel any child from a Castle play area who is not abiding by the Castle rules.

• Party Rooms No. 1 and No. 2 are located on the first level. The Loft Room is located on the 3rd level and is off-limits to visitors who are not guests of a reserved party.

All children must be accompanied by an adult on the second floor at all times.

Food, candy and gum should be kept in the designated areas - food court and birthday rooms only.

All beverages must have lids.

Play unit is recommended for ages 4-12 but not limited to them.

NO shoes and NO bare feet in the soft playland unit.

Socks must be worn at all times. Socks can be purchased in our gift store on the lower level.

Children must be between the ages of 1-12 years old to enjoy the Castle.

All kids 4 and up may enter the soft playland unit or play on the Castle Climb Across Wall.

The Castle Gardens toddler area is for children 3 years old and under.

Your safety and the safety of others is our top priority. If you are wearing a cast or any other motion-limiting medical device such as a splint, sling, or brace, you will not be permitted to play on some of the equipment including the Climb Across Wall.

During normal business hours while open-play is active, adults cannot be permitted to play in the playland unit. If you have booked a party that is outside of normal business hours, adults may accompany their children into the playland. For the safety of all children playing at our facility we cannot allow adults into the public playing area. The Playland area is for children 12 years and younger to have a fun and safe experience.
